Founded in 1989, Global Food Culture Group Limited is a well-known food & beverage company comprising of Japanese restaurants, European restaurants and quick service restaurants.
The Group has developed various famous brands in the past. “China Gold Cuisine 流金歲月 (2005)” which provided “Jingchuanhu style cuisine”; “SHUSHAYA JAPANESE RESTAURANT 水車屋日本料理 (1981)” which was the first robatayaki Japanese restaurant in Hong Kong; “BUSY SUZIE (2009)” which was a high-ended Japanese restaurant located at 1881 Heritage; G.Sushi 元祿壽司 (1991) which was pioneered the use of a revolving conveyor belt to serve sushi, combining serving traditional sushi with modern technology.
In 2016, the Group acquired the brands “Hokkaido Dairy Farm 北海道牧場” and “HOKO Farm”, and proudly opened “RAMEN DOU”. Then, the Group opened “ISANA KUSHIRO 漁釧” and “HOKKAIDO IZAKAYA 北海道居酒屋” in 2017, and opened “TOKYO TAISHUU SAKABA 東京大眾酒場” in 2018.
